We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags included

Glamogue reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Personal care, beauty, or hygiene-related products

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling


4. Return Authorization Process

All returns must be authorized prior to shipment.

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions from our support team

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Glamogue is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.


6. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Please note:

  • Financial institutions may take additional time to post refunds

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photo or video evidence

If approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund


8. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period:

To exchange an item:
